Sirisha Voruganti
CEO and Managing Director
Sirisha is our globally renowned technology and innovation leader. She collaborates closely with our teams in the UK and partners in India to oversee the smooth running of Lloyds Technology Centre and its long-term growth strategy in Hyderabad.
Sirisha is an inspiration for women in technology, paving the way as the first female Managing Director in technology for JP Morgan Chase, India. Through her experience in IT architecture, data engineering and fintech innovation, Sirisha is able to bring to life her passion to build a high-performing engineering organisation, with a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion across all technology roles.
Dr. Vipul Singh
People and Places Director and HR Head
Dr Vipul has more than 25 years’ HR leadership experience across IT Services, Telecommunications and Consumer industries. With knowledge in cloud-based solutions and the digitisation of HR processes using robotics and AI, he’ll be using his expertise to help grow Lloyds Technology Centre.
Vipul gained his Masters and Doctorate in HR, winning awards naming him as one of India’s 50 Best HR Leaders, plus an EMEA award for Best of the HR Industry by HRO Today. Vipul is also a National Board Member for India’s premier HR Network, NHRD and previously held leadership roles at Accenture and Tata Teleservices.
Ram Ramachandran
Head of Talent Acquisition
Ram is greatly experienced in building high-performing teams and he is passionate about connecting talents with opportunities. Since joining us he has grown our Hyderabad location from scratch, hiring many new colleagues across positions in tech and data.
He has over twenty years' recruiting experience in the Consulting, Technology & Banking spaces, including from Google Operations Center, where he worked as the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Head. He also worked at Citibank and Morgan Stanley, heading up recruitment for various divisions within technology, data, analytics, finance, risk and operations.
SreeLakshmi Garikipati
Head of Engineering, Consumer Relations and Mass Affluent
Sree has almost 27 years’ experience of working at leading global financial service organisations. Her background in business intelligence and building technological capabilities has provided her with valuable insights and skills that will be instrumental in shaping Lloyds Technology Centre’s journey.
Sree’s role will involve harnessing India’s abundance of talent to help achieve the ambitions of Lloyds Technology Centre. She will drive the cloud journey across all business units, developing and positioning world-class solutions and leveraging her experience in authentication technologies to create seamless authorisation processes, while effectively reducing risks.
Ashish Jain
Head of Engineering, Business and Commercial Banking
Ashish is our Client Data and Analytics Technology Platform Lead and Head of Engineering, who has an impressive 24 years of engineering experience working across the Financial Services industry. He will use his vast expertise to lead our Hyderabad team forward, nurturing and growing our talent using innovation and technology.
Ashish previously worked for Wealth Management America where he held the position of India Head and Head of Digital Marketing, Prospecting and Research. He previously held senior technology and engineering positions at Barclays and Accenture.
Nasser Prakash
Head of Risk and Information Security
Nasser brings to our leadership team over twenty years’ of expertise in building high-performance teams, plus a proven track record in cyber security. His wealth of experience and dedication to security and compliance means we are well positioned to ensure the secure and compliant growth of our centre.
His past experience has seen him serve as the Regional CISO for Northern Trust as well as holding key leadership roles at JP Morgan and Fidelity Investments.
Rakesh Kotian
Head of Engineering
Rakesh has thirty years’ experience of working in technology, two decades of which have been spent in the Investment Banking domain. With a proven track record of building technology and business delivery capabilities in India, Rakesh considers himself as an SME in Prime Services business and will be an integral part of helping us drive our business forward.
Prior to joining Lloyds Technology Centre, Rakesh was heading up the technology centre of Dun & Bradstreet and has also held key leadership roles at JP Morgan and Credit Suisse.
